As of December 31, 2024, SYSU has signed 76 bilateral agreements on exchanges and cooperation with overseas universities. Over the past three years, 205 home students have been sent abroad for exchanges while 66 overseas students have been admitted as exchange students. Our partner universities are located in countries and regions including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Norway, Russia, Denmark, the United States, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. The exchange students have majored in foreign languages, economics and management, finance, philosophy, international relations, communication studies, arts, nursing, computer science, biotechnology, energy and power engineering, ophthalmology and other subjects.
